Cooking procedure

Step 1:

In a mortar and pestle, crush the peppers, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds (you can also use a mixer to grind up the process). Because, coarsely ground pepper has a lot of taste, always crush them fresh while creating this pepper mushroom.

Step 2:

Now heat the oil. Next add the chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and mustard seeds. Stir in the chopped onions after a few minutes. The onions must be sauteed until they are beautiful and brown. Only then will we be able to see that fantastic hue.

Step 3:

Once the mushrooms are nicely browned, add them to the pan and stir well. Then add the capsicum (optional), followed by the freshly coarsely grounded masala. Season some water with salt and toss it in with the onions. We need to roast them for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Step 4:

Heat treatment is an optional component that improves the recipe's texture and aroma. Heat the oil, then add the mustard seeds, green chilies, red chilies, and curry leaves. Stirring constantly, before pouring it over the mushroom.
